The most important aspect of the website was to present the company to current and future employees, business partners and the general public. To make the company more transparent, Heineken HRVATSKA communicates their sustainability goals and gives yearly updates on their achievement.
In collaboration with HEINEKEN we have chosen a direction that provides simplicity, clarity and freshness of visual presentation while still exuding a strong spirit of the company and retaining its global recognition. With a lot of negative and vertical space, we helped the content to breathe and enabled subtlety in highlighting the most important content and "call to actions" on the website.
To make publishing open positions and job application easier we implemented TalentLyft service to the website, and presented Heineken's employee expectations and benefits. We also made a separate UI for Stay In Motion, an internal Heineken project made to encourage employees to take better care of their health by taking up sports and challenges.
